What Makes YOU Feel Powerful? 

I feel most powerful when I move forward despite fear. Opposing voices warning of failure, loss, and rejection can be paralyzing. Yet when I am able to quiet them just enough to keep going—to step into the front row at an audition, to speak up in an intimidating situation, to openly share my feelings with a friend—I sense my innate inner strength. I experience a clear, powerful calm when I am able to trust my own abilities and unique insight.

Your go-to healthy snack.

Hummus with red pepper and cucumbers. Satisfying but not too heavy.

Any cool apps you recommend?

Hopper! I travel home to the East Coast a decent amount and this has been one of my favorite ways to monitor flight prices.

What are your gym bag essentials?

Ballet shoes and cotton socks are always in my dance bag.

Your go-to mood enhancing thing or activity.

Sketching or sewing while listening to 60s French pop music always lifts my sprits. You can't stay low while listening to Brigitte Bardot's cheeky tunes.
